With the rise in popularity of SlackHQ as a collaborative chat environment for teams, a lot of people mistakenly Tweet to @slack when they have an issue instead of @SlackHQ. Apparently, Matt Slack is not a real-time messaging, archiving and search for modern teams.

Poor fellow. It reminds me of Brandon Kraft who uses the Twitter handle @kraft. I bet he gets his fair share of cheese tweets. By the way, his profile says (FYI- Not @KraftFoods).
