Christmas Duck Tradition

We have a tradition where every year for Christmas, we have Duck for dinner. It was started by my wife’s parents and now we get to do it. It’s not a bad tasting bird. It’s greasy, boney, and does have a bit of a gamey taste, but it’s good.
