This was rather interesting. During a live camera feed showing the space shuttle Atlantis on Nasa TV, a large spider appears to be attacking the space shuttle. Thankfully, he didn’t cause any damage and was properly exterminated.

Get A Mac Misprint

Recently, PC World did a piece on how the fastest notebook to run Windows Vista was a Macbook Pro. Since that article has made it into the public, the Apple marketing department has jumped all over the opportunity to cash in on the review.
If I were Microsoft, I’d get Apple off my back and disable any way for an Apple based machine to run Microsoft software, including anything in a virtual environment. Microsoft can’t run Mac software, but Mac can run Microsoft software. Someone needs to pimp slap Steve Jobs.

It basically highlights all of the discussion that has taken place about the web 2.0 bubble. I laughed so hard when they showed the valuation of Facebook and it was almost as much as Ford.

In his outline of a successful search strategy, he pretty much describes the way Google does it. Go figure! It’s an interesting interview that goes beyond search. For example, John asks Steve if they are making money through their deal with Facebook.
CommenTag Promo Video
Here is a promo video I found on YouTube for CommenTag.org A service that lets you organize the discussions on your blog, otherwise known as comments. The system looks like it will be interesting to use and will be in private beta on January 1st, 2008 Midnight GMT.
There is very little info in regards to the company on their own website. At any rate, the thing that is stopping me from using something like this, or DisQus or any of those other commenting system replacements is that, I’ll have to start over. Unless you guys know of a system that integrates with what I already have so I don’t lose all of the comments that are already published on the blog, I’ll be sticking with what I have.
